Thr best food! Recently I was there for a wedding function! Everything was good! Very friendly staff! Nice garden! Clean and calm! But the best thing is the lunch buffet! Food is delicious! Good place for a nice photoshoot too! Ballroom is big enough for big crowed! I am so happy with this place!

Place/interior is okay! My point of 4/5. Cleaning is everyday and regular. Food is 3+/5. You better check it before use! Because there is a nice food, but sometimes cooked not ok or super spicy. Hospitality is 5/5. Always smiling people, bless em all 🙏🏽 Ocean view is good. Perfect sunsets is here!

Spacious rooms! Staff were very picky when it comes to check-in. They got me to wait more than hr to get me a room. First they asked me to give them few minutes as the room wasn't ready and I literally ended up giving them 30 mins. Then they requested for another 15 minutes and then another 30 minutes. They had no regrets for delaying my check-in. I had to be tough on them when i noticed the foreigners getting rooms even though they arrived after my arrival. The restaurant was really crowded and cramped. The hotel certainly need to think through the layout and space they have!

Qualifies as a 3.5 stars. Rooms need quite a major update and to cope with the traffic of occupancy, a maintenance program is recommended. Dining experience is good. Sister Hotel being adjoining, it is a good opportunity.

Excellent hotel for a 3 star. But I must say as I have Coeliac Disease an i can't eat gluten I was worried what food would be available.
So i e-mail the hotel manager a week before I arrived to explain this. They have been excellent, the chef has spoken to me in person. He has gone out to the shops an bought cereal pasta an millet flour he has been cooking me special meals for myself. I just say what I want fish chicken etcthe meal is there on arrival at the dining room an tomorrow he plans to make me muffin an pancake also a millet bread.i would say that deserve a 5 star.response / report this review -

Wonderful stay. Clean room and facilities.friendly helpful staff. Good buffet spread. Definitely worth coming to more than once. Lots of ponds and waterways around resort so has a very calming serene ambience.

Food is good. Service is good. Bed in the double bed room is small. That's I didn't like. Buffet times are short. Just two hours. Dinner closes at 9.30pm and breakfast at 9.30. The games room too closes at 7. Would be better if it is kept open longer.

This hotel is located in the outskirts of the city centre. The hotel is claiming to offer an all inclusive option however this is minimal and somewhat limited. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is run down and in need of some renovation.
The food is excellent but the restaurant is small for the size of the hotel and it can become a bit of a squeeze if busy.
The illegal bag searches are daily and to prevent you from using food outside the restaurant.
The snack bar is never open long enough to find out what they supply.
The pool has been cleaned once in a week. The towels for the loungers neither fit nor are newish.
There is no facility to use if the weather is poor. The vermin chunks run free and frequently help themselves to your drink and food.
The spa is not of any great standard of cleanliness.
The general view is that I personally would not be likely to recommend this hotel.response / report this review -

It's an awesome place, not very expensive, enough to have a great time. Not as romantic as it sounds but it's an amazing place to spend a day. It's a big place with a swimming pool and games room and gym.

Nice hotel next to beach. Well maintained. Antique items are placed here and there. Food is not that great but deserts are tasty. Love the big chess board next to the pool. Also can play cricket, tennis, badminton, and there's a pool table.

Unfriendly staff who cannot identify guests' requirements and they don't care about comfort and ease of guests. Do not respect the guests. Had several bad experiences. Rooms are need and tidy. Washrooms are also ok. The rest of the hotel is quite ok.

i had my wedding here and it was great and they supported us in every step of the way to make it beautiful. they were so accommodating and the chef was nice enough to make the changes to the menu according to our need and the fool was great. our package was great and they gave us a full night and 2 meal on the house also.
following that we have had few lunches and friends getting together.. nothing to complain.response / report this review
