Horrible service and neglected unprofessional service. Brought in couple of overseas professionals for lunch. Restaurants are with full of fled and bad odour. They do not know how to serve a soup. Soups were spilled all over the cups. Not a professional place and not aware the meaning of professional service. Shoggy foods no taste at all

This place can be easily accessed as it is located adjacent to the Colombo-Kandy main road. Parking facilities are available inside the premises. Food is satisfactorily good. Elevator seems bit old. Spacious halls.

One of the well known Hotel in the Kiribathgoda town. Located closed to the Kandy road just passed the clock tower in Kiribathgoda town. Internal facilities are not quite good. Taste of foods is not much high. Good place to organize some functions such as get wedding receptions,together, birthday parties, etc. in reasonable cost. Has swimming pool and friendly staff they have.

Very good hotel in the area. Food also very good and have very good managers for your functions. It's face to the Colombo- Kandy main road and do not need to search.

Good location, in shopping district, and good facilities. But most of them including the rooms need renovation. the staff was friendly and overall we enjoyed the stay

The best hotel in the area. The best gym and the pool. The pool maintained really well. Helpful staff. Tasty food and reasonable price. Good laundry. More parking spots needed.

Well for starters, it's totally old school.

I order a cheese sandwich, and got half.. Which was passed off as a full sandwich.! As was the pot of coffee..one cup only!!

Rooms are okay to say the leastlarge screen TV, but nothing but local channels on. Plus the reception of TV channels was awful.

Bathroom has the exhaust towards the main gallery.. So if you're struggling to get out stuffor if you've got a bad case of flatulence..everyone passing by will know. 😂😂

And it's mouldy as hell. With the mould smell permiating through the room.

It cost me 52 US dollars Per night..!

And, I'm yet to review the food..

Service is slowish..but we're in a part of the world where being laid back is the norm

Very good city hotel
Good option for anyone who needs a quick accommodation close to colombo
Variety of options are available mostly.
For a business or corporate visit good place to stay
Bar, restaurant is good, nice options
Food is good but not greate but there is room for improvement

The room we stayed was comparatively large. Classy furniture. Anyway the bathroom was quite small and was not giving a wow effect. Very helpful staff. Can be recommended.

Food was pretty good although the potions could have been larger for the price. But the service was a joke! There was one waiter in the resturant, a tall guy with glasses and he literally kept ignoring me for like 5 minutes on purpose. When I walked up to him and spoke face to face he literally ignored me and walked off.

When I asked someone there for the manager he said he was the supervisor. When I told him about the waiter he just told me he has "metal issues" but didn't say to the waiter as he walked past us. Also this waiters "mental issues" didn't stop him from serving another group of people that were there. So I get the feeling the supervisor just lied to me to avoid causing a scene.

Edit: I went there a few months ago so I can't remember the date. But it was around 12pm - 01pm because I went there for lunch. And I'm pretty sure it was the Tulip as I was in the resturant on the second floor.

VERY SHADY AMBIENCE. HOTEL STAFF ARE FRIENDLY BUT DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT THEIR OWN HOTEL. FOR EG. THE TV WASN'T WORKING AND THE BELL BOY HAD NO IDEA HOW TO FIX IT, HE ENDED UP TELLING US TO USE TO CONTROLS ON THE BACK OF THE TV SET
