  Hidden Gem in Colombo 7. Great little hotel located middle of Colombo 7. Located in a very quiet residential area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel have 2 nice little pools to rest and relax. Highly recommended

  Hidden Gem middle of Colombo 7
  I stayed in this hotel for one day. Hotel is located in a very quite area in Colombo 7 and closed to everything. Very clean rooms and washroom also very comfortable beds. Have two nice small pools. Staff is extremely helpfull and friendly. I will highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

  FAB!FAB!..FABULOUS..A Gem of an OasisGreat reviews already on Trip Adviser..small only five rooms ..Beautiful Gardens ..small pool..Excellent area.
  STAFF..MOST FRIENDLY .ROOMS SPOTLESS AND DIG THE BIRD iron work.
  Colombo such a Hectic City ..this will be your Chill out retreat.
  STAFF happy for you to bring your own..Beer/wine.will a range taxi Tec.. nice Eaterys in area with short Til Til ride.8

  Colombo hotel by Ceilão Villas was perfect for our last day in Sri Lanka. The location is fantastic. It is very close to the city center, but still on a quiet street. There are two pools, one with a jacuzzi. The room that we stayed in opened up to the main pool. The staff is really lovely and helpful. They kept our luggage safe at reception after checkout till we went around town hunting for souvenirs.

  Beautiful small hotel, just far away from the city noise but everything is easily accessible via tuktuk from there. Nice interior design and very helpful staff.

  Beautiful Villa in middle of Colombo. Washrooms are not up to the standard and bathroom sink are very low from ground and it was very difficult to shave by standing. Not enough lights in the washroom also is not plus. AC is not in all the villa only available in rooms, restaurant is not up to the standard and flies comes as soon as the food is served. I also have question about the price, I found it little expensive. Couple of more dollars get better hotel in Colombo downtown facing beach. Because of the design of the villa and swimming pool, I will go with 4.
