Hotel is not maintained properly. Unclean and untidy rooms. Towels are like carpets. Don't go there for any circumstances.

One of the best hotels with amazing sea view. Located near city center and easily accessible to all attractions in Colombo.

It was a really bad place. We went there after our airport taxi driver recommended it to us. The room had windows that you couldn't really open, all full of dust, mold and it smelled like piss and mold. Very bad ventilation. Everything falling appart. Loud at night, and i could go on and on. On top of that, Extremely overpriced for what you become. Should be your last option in Colombo.

Nice place for a nice stay or to throw a party. Rooms, service, food is great at this really convenient location. Ignore any bad rumours; you'll be fine as long you're not involved.

Good views and a good room. But thats about it. The overall experience was bad. Loud music from two of its shady bars/dance clubs will disturb you even on the fourth floor!
Worst of all, for their anniversary they played some chants/prayers all night long and made sure each and every room heard it by placing gigantic speakers in every floor! I had to unwire the damn speaker at 4 in the morning to catch some sleep! Ridiculous.
The place is overpriced given the experience.

The staff lacks proper customer service skills with very little effort to please or provide basic assistant to its guests. Also, there is a loud club in the same building so expect noise.
