I booked the supposed “deluxe double room”.
the reed mats they had as walls had plenty of holes in them - it was basically like being in a big shared dorm. Nothing wrong with it, but not what was advertised. No linens (because apparently we didn’t ask for them) and we only realised when reception had closed at 11pm -while they advertise for a 24hr front desk.
no WiFi, no safety for the customers. Me and a couple of other women were harassed for hours by these drunk guests, while the management did nothing; and actually told me it was our fault for being polite with them.
this situation continued in the early morning, when they were shouting and singing at 5am in the room next to us. Still, the management didn’t budge, and I had to get up and tell two still drunk 6ft guys to stop misbehaving and pack quietly. I did not pay to babysit other guests.
Hygiene level is appalling; they sell beers under the denomination cappuccino (?) and as you can see from the invoices there’s something fishy going on with the companies. I booked to stay at scoop cabana but was told it didn’t exist anymore and was now called shabeachbut they are apparently both alive and well and issueing invoices.
They advertise for deluxe double room with sea view, while we were squeezed between two other rooms with no actual sea view (or walls, for that matter). The only view was from the window on top of the bathroom basin. The ad spoke about a bath (?) but there was a dirty and crammed toilet instead, last cleaned before last season at best.response / report this review -

Strange hotel buisness, 10% service charge for rent room? For what? Before check in - no word about it! Dark and wet rooms. I don't recommend!

We had a great time at Sha Beach Resort. The whole staff is really friendly & takes care of all your needs. Highly recommended

Never recommending this place. Owner is a careless one. Even we paid a advance before we went there, caretaker was not informed about the booking. We had to face difficulties without water. Funniest thing is when we called and complained to the owner, he blamed us saying that it was our mistake.

Worst place ever.. No water in this place and we were disturbed all the time by a dog and cat. Caretaker had no idea about wts going on with this place. They totaly ruined our stay.

We followed the reviews and chose this place, but it turned out to be the worst experience ever! No water, and there was no any responsible person at least to talk to! Finally the owner was contacted over the phone and he showed no hospitality at all!

No water in this place and they have no any alternative. I never recommended this place to anyone. Caretaker doesn't know anything happened here who lies and also the owner is ignoring and not answering. We were so embarrassed while here. At least no water for toilets. They ruined our stay. I never come this place again and l'm feeling angry 😡 with the owner. Anyone who reads this review never select this place for your stay.
