Central, friendly, clean, quiet, comfortable, helpful and cheap. Not sure what more you could expect for this price. A great place to stay!

Accomodation is fine, usual rooms, beds are comfy. Location is very good. The only thing it is overpriced like everything what tourists concerns here in Anuradhapura. If you want to spend at least 1000 rupee more on a room then usual, this place is fine.
But the food is way to expensive, the best restaurant in town asks less money for a curry then Lievi's does..response / report this review -

The owner is a great help. We arrived and the hotel was full. He arranged something Else for us, the evening after we slept here. Quiet area, ac room, good service.

Rooms are basic but good enough. Decent shower. Very nice and helpful staff, always with a smile! Welcome drink! With a great garden to chill in and good food (not a big menu but always good!)

Rooms are fine if a little dingy and dark, and the breakfast is standard. The staff are ok - not super friendly and seemed out for every last rupee they could get. Make sure you check your bill carefully as they made a huge error on ours. If they'd been friendly or apologetic I would have thought it was a simple mistake but I got the feeling they thought they'd try it on with us which was disappointing.

Great quality for a very reasonable price. Everything is very clean and the staff friendly. The garden is a nice place to relax. The shower actually has a strong stream which is nice for a change. They offer bike rental at 400 Rs. a day (riding a bike is a great way to discover the sacred city). The food we tried was quite good as well. Recommendable!

This place was great! As a backpacker this trip I have been staying in places for about 1000lkr or 7ish dollars. Even though this was a bit more (25usd) for the night, I split it with my friend and it was worth it. Our room had a super powerful ceiling fan which made so we didn't need the ac, a mosquito net and great water pressure and heat. They provide free breakfast, cheap meals, beer on site, laundry service. The wifi was of reasonable speed (though not so much if you're in the one room on the second floor which we were). The common area is pleasant. The staff was friendly. I recommend people traveling cheap to indulge on this reasonably priced place as a rest from the backpacker life and those who have the money stay here anyway as it is all around a great establishment. (they also take credit cards).

The stay was ok, not to bad, but also not do good. We got the room close to the reception desk, so you could hear almost every conversation. besides that, there were strange noises right behind the room, I guess the neighbours have some animals running around.
You couldn't open the window curtains, so therefore you felt like beeing stucked in your own room. The bathroom was ok. The staff was friendly but not capable to answer the easiest questions in English therefore only 3 stars.response / report this review -

Love this place! Great staff that really cares for you, great food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and can help to arrange everything from going around the temples in city to going visit another city. I had a lot of fun here
