Nice staff, clean largish room, hot water, air conditioning, good breakfast. No particular complain :)
We only had "windows" to the hallway for 33$ exclusive breakfast. The manger was weird about us arriving at 11pm although the website stated check-in till 11.30pm. Originally we had booked for 1 person, they made a scene cause we were eventually with 2. They tried to charge us almost twice the original, arguing booking gave "discounts". And they wouldn't apply now. Which hotel gives higher price on the door than through booking. Total extortion. We negotiated a compromise. Breakfast was awful for 5$. Like nothing, just eggs and tea.

Very close to the bus stop and the train station. It’s at the center of everything. Super convenient.
The room size is pretty good. You do see some ants. We washed our cloths and they were dry the next day!
The staff is very friendly and provided us so much guidance to local places.
The breakfast is western but very delicious. (We were hoping that we could try the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast)
Great little hotel with lovely staff who can't do enough for you. Room was fine for our needs, had dinner for $7 each and was well worth it, breakfast was good too.
Nice place but quite small rooms. Good breakfast.
Good location. Very friendly staff! Think the family are living there (?) and that was really cozy.
The woman (owner/manager?) talked fair enough English and told us places to go to, where to eat etc etc. We ended up on some other places to eat - but always nice to have "safe" places to go to!
They were building/renovating the facility when we were there so probably it's going good for them! ☺️
Nice clean hotel with really friendly staff. Good location bus, temple, shopping all around.
Rooms clean and presentable but a lack of natural light and smelled very musty and damp. Could do with decent ventilation. Staff very friendly and professional though.
A hotel within a home, run by two brothers (from what we could tell)
Room was small but comfortable, with pharmacy and small shops nearby. Short walk into Kandy main town or tuck tuck for 200Rp
Breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs were fantastic, and hosts went out of thier way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
not your usual hotel, and easy to miss so keep an eye out, but it is a decent place to stay for 1 or two nights
Good meals
Good clean place
Good locality but a little bit pricey, if you travel inside the city you will have better options and good rate
Enjoy an International Experience at local expense
Rooms are very clear..staffs are very friendly.. it is middle of city.. worth able for price..
