Good hotel with no facilities.Everything is clean and neat but morning breakfast is always a bread and omellete.

The rooms are ok but breakfast is bread,butter,jam and bread omelete everyday.Found cockroaches in bathroom and no bucket.Only shower is there and that too was an issue.Recommended for budget travellers.

The place is having a nice view from our bungalow room. The view was relaxing when we look at city and mountain ranges. The breakfast was really nice and provided as per our request. The room had ac and tv with local and international channels. Staff was really helpful. If you are heading from Kandy Town it will be costing around Rs.400. The prices are reasonable and service is good. Rooms are clean. There is a small garden which was maintained nicely by bunaglow. Recommended to anyone with good service by them. Iron can be request if you needed. Nice place to relax.

Okay fellas, to be honest:
It really looks nice on the pictures and it is located in a good neighbourhood, but
1. The staff dont understand basic english.
2. The water for shower AND the bathroom sink was gone after 3 minutes of showering(both cold and warm water) and wouldnt come back for the rest of the night.
3. They had problem serving breakfast at 07:00.
4. They had no functioning TV:channels on their fancy TV.
5. It says that they serve both dinner and lunch. Well SURPRISE for you, they do not even have a restaurant to serve any food for you.
So the summary of this is, if you just want a "nice picture for your Instagram" and a place to sleep expect ABSOLUTELY no more.

The view is good. Had kiribath for breakfast which was good. Rooms were clean and modern. The staff wasn't that great.

The staff goes out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and are patient and kind. I must especially mention the efficiency and politeness of housekeeping staff because there was a situation which required the staff to clean the room completely but they did it without complain and quietly. The manager Mr. Thilina and his staff are doing a very good job. The view is wonderful and the food is very very good. 10/10
