    Terrible service !!!
We booked an appointment no 1 , - told us , the appointment will be confirmed when after fully paid .and when we visit there to confirm and pay for the doctors appointment they have informed no patients .such a joke to be a hospital.i guess the staff has to taught well on administration and how to handle inquiries.

Had many bad previous experience with is place. Recently went to this place as this is the nearest place with an emergency injery.

Management is totally aware that their services are very poor, rude, not efficient and not up to any stand even a regular private hospital should possess. Stongly discurageing you to not to take any of your loved ones to this place where some of the OPD doctors are very rude and most of the nursing people are good for nothing at the same time female radiologist is rude to the extent where she forgets that she is dealing with a patient.

Came for a channeling of consultant, but the cashier only accept cash payments.there is small notice posted there so that only frequent patients know about it. Due to this, my channeling number delayed as a had to go bank and come back again. It a really suprise why such a reknown private hospital in the city cannot accept card payments for doctor chanelling. Reason they saying is they had to settle the balance to doctors in the day itself. Due to those old poor management, daily many patients face lot of inconvenience. I asked to talk to a manager, said that i have to wait more than 1 hr. So lodged a compaint in the book.

Came to collect our given blood report but no one was at the laboratory from long time at around 09.45 p. m on 25th Sep 2018. Therefore we had to wait for long time to collect our report. Finally went to the reception and asked that is there anyone at the Lab on this time. Reception cashier lady just gave us answer "You go and sit " without giving any consideration on our request.Even she didn't look at our faces. She was pretending that she was very busy even though there is no single patient at the reception counter on that time. After waiting sometime we had to go back to the reception counter again and ask that is there any one at the Lab yet? then she answered "may be they have gone for dinner". I surprise why the hospital management has kept two ladies in the same Shift, if both of them are having break at the same time?? What about the patients, do they have to wait till the staffs come back from their breaks???

OPD Doctors available here are very careless and very bad. Those are not suitable to check even the blood pressure.
2018.07.17 evening OPD doctor (male) who was treated here is the worst.
It was suitable only for channeling purposes, specialist doctos are available.

I have taken my 5 day old baby after doctor advised me to admit at the sachithra hospital. Once I went i was really surprised as they refused to take my baby at the hospital. So I immediately contacted the doctor and inform my situation then doctor asked responsible person to do the admissions for my baby.

Afterwards the head nurse who are in charge of the hospital including GP lady doctor, other senior staff straight denied to take the baby in, as per them they don’t have resources to treat my baby and no staff to look after infants.

I was keep calling my consulted doctor who was very kind enough to understand the feeling of the parents who are with 5 days old baby. Then he personally talk to MD of the hospital and ask them it’s his responsibility please admit the baby. Unfortunately after MD spoke to head nurse her answer was the same.

Then she agreed to take the baby if we fix the cannula for baby and no nurse to be on the night shift since she don’t have enough staff to cover night shift. What a shameful hospital asking patients to go somewhere and get half job done for them as they doesn’t know how to do their job. I think this hospital need more experience and efficient people who knows how to do their job.

HOW COULD YOU ENSURE YOUR LITTLE ONE OR FAMILY MEMBER SAFE WHEN MEDICAL TEAM IS NOT CONFIDENT???????

I do not recommend this hospital at all on any medical emergencies for your loving ones.

Leading medical facilities and services provider in Panadura area.Good parking space.Appointments could be done by phone.laboratory seervices are efficient. However the price labels of pharmaceuticals are torn purposely and sold at higher prices than that of standard pharmacy prices. The bill clearly indicates charges for hospital. The excessive unreasonable charges for drugs is highly unreasonable. Please ask doctor if a prescription could be given to buy drugs from pharmacies outside.People expect paid services but they should not be fooled. Also attitudes of nurses must be improved.

    A good private hospital.
But rooms & beds are not very clean. Consultants are available.
Suitable place to get ECGs at midnight for a emergency. ( in my experience )
But emergency service must be improved.

Doctor turned up one hour late. And there are cats walking around inside the hospital. Specifically infront of the ICU. This is not a hygienic place to come for an emergency.

Open 24 hours. But no residential doctors at that hour (in my experience). Has fair bit of parking to the rear side. A moderate wait is usual for appointments.

There is a probability of running into a problem every once in a while. Not very modern, but it gets the job done. There is usually a long delay from your respective appointment time. Overall an okay hospital.

It’s good to have a such place in Panadura. I have used their laboratory several times. There are many plus things.
    -24x7 Lab
    -ample car park for free
    -friendly staff

But I’m not satisfy the knowledge and experience of their laboratory staff members. Once I visited there for a OGTT for my wife I experience this.
