Regret to mention, this is one of the most inefficient government authority in Sri Lanka. Only care about root-permit taxes. Never attend to care about the rights of tax paying community. And especially never tried to improve quality of service by implementing better monitoring system. This could be one major reason behind the inefficient transport system in the country.
