Extremely poor service. The staff has no responsibility on their work.
The office has to be started at 8:30am. But when the people starts to go inside, the unit relates to re-issuing of birth certificates has closed their door and asked to wait outside. The staff inside is doing nothing, but just talking about gossips. Some are taking phone calls from their mobiles. None of the people inside had concerns about the people queuing outside. Meanwhile friends of the staff are called inside and given priority. At about 8:55am only they asked to come inside. Its like they are working on some other things of their own and checking on people's requests when they have some time. Really terrible. If you have at least one more alternative that to visit this office, I recommend to go with it! Try your best to skip this place.

Went to get a certified copy of my son's birth certificate. He is 3 years old and they still dont have one ready to be collected immediately. When forms are filled and handed over and paid they said it would take around 2 weeks for the copy to come via registered post. Now its been almost 6 weeks and still no copy received. They dont answer phones either when called. Dont even deserve one star.

It was really terrible!!!! Just to get a document we have to first wait in long queue and then get small chit. then again wait in a queue and pay to another counter. And then wait almost 3 hours just standing to receive documents!!!! It's really horrible! Whole day wasted!!!! This should be available via online!!!!

From the out side it is awesome. Once you step into thus place you will realize how lazy government people are. To get done a small work i had to step into this place few times. Very lazy staff. Not working properly.Very bad customer service. Wasting lot of time of people. They don’t even care about it.

The procedure they are going to follow is good but still not following the people who are working there. Most of the people start working after 9.15 am. I had to wait more than 1 1/2 hours to take a birth certificate copy even my queue number was 2.
