Absolutely terrible. They were given 3 weeks to make a gold necklace for me. When I came to pick it up, I immediately noticed it wasn't real gold and demanded my money back. I work for a jewelry company so the difference was obvious to me. All I wanted was a taste of Sri Lanka and they showed me the worst side of Sri Lanka. I can't believe they had the nerve to say it was real. Also, my salesman (Prasath) was extremely rude. It's obvious he has no idea how to speak to women. He's a horrible little man. Ugly as sin on the outside and worse on the inside.

BEWARE! This place cheats everyone so the only customers who should go here are the cunning ones. They will blend the gold they sell with abnormally high amounts of other metals (normally it should be 1-2% but they will blend it with 4%).
You only need to check with local pawn shops to discover how bad their reputation is. Not only do pawn shops not accept jewelry made here but the store itself won't buy it back at a reasonable amount. That's because they know they overcharged not just for the gold but also for the work done.
If anyone was wondering if they do this to everyone or just foreigners, I am Sri Lankan by birth and got a referral from someone to come here.
Not only did they not give me the silver, they have me something that wasn't silver at all! I had an independent jeweler verify it. They charged me 7,000 LKR and took 3 weeks for some of the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen.

Just ask the neighboring shops about what they know about these guys. They have spent quite a bit of time earning a bad reputation.

If you want to buy jewelry with higher amounts of impurities and shoddy workmanship, this is THE place to go!
