Like most junctions, crowded and undisciplined traffic. If someone gave me powers, i can set the traffic movement pace and direction perfect. The police just can't seem to see the potential for improvement. Only one bus route 138 going through it. Part if my cycle route in the mornings.

pamankada juntion is usually use as a one way road. in every day after 12 O'clock 138 Highlevel road becomes a one way road starting from kirulopone bridge to havalock city Boo tree. So infront of the pamankada junction becomes busy place. national water board is there right at the junction
