You can buy anything here. You get petrol shed, BOC, People's, Sampath HNB ATM, Medical dispensary with very good doctor, Gagana Pharmacy, Cargils food city, Dharmapala college, Christ King church, Several book shops to by any kind of stationary, books etc. Access to any road

The junction gets busy in the morning and night because the office crowd uses that road since the the kottawa interchange to the highway is there. It is so conjested because that is the easiest way to go to colombo
