Absolutely horrendous customer service for hair donation I was told the minimum length when I made the appointment was 8 inches but when I came in for the appointment they have changed the length from 8 to 12 and told me there was nothing they could do and sent me on my way. I will most certainly would not use their services again

Very bad experience here as the stylist carried out an extra treatment in a cunning way and was able to add Rs.5,000 to my final bill. Thus treatment all of took 5 minutes!! Very underhand and dishonest way of promoting a product. Will certainly not go again.

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. The senior stylist has done only the hair cutting and setting was done by a trainee who wasn't very skilled. Ended up disappointed after paying 4K. The place too looked little shabby and worn out.

I went for a blowdry.my stylist was channa.he suggested that I need to come for a bonding or relaxing.I said I'm not intrested. Then he didn't pay much attention to my hair n when I went home the hair was very messy not neat at all there were lots of flying hair near roots.then I had to use my iron to tidy it .in vain what a waste of time n money. They were not friendly or good at their job specially channa. He could hav paid bit more care to what he does.very dissapointed n angry.not even worth a star!
