Can't even give one start this bank they made a mistake with my fixed deposit. they were deducting 8% out of the intrest , when it was meant to be zero for couple of years.
When I asked the manageress she just bluntly said it was a mistake of the bank, and nothing can be done now. She was very blunt. She should be taught how to treat customers
Learnt my lesson not trust banks especially ones like this!

So far one the worst banking experience. Place is somewhat similar to an OLD ware house. Staff is quite unfriendly and treat their customers as a burden.
