Don't book the rooms at the top of the hill. The view was wonderful but to get to our rooms was like to climb the third of Adam`s mountain, haha. Well, the smell of dampness was everywhere but we stayed just one night, actually just a couple of hours after descent. The dinner in the restaurant wasn't anything special.

Disgusting place please dont stay at the rooms. I heard that the villa area is nice but please check your rooms before paying the bill. If you are a insects lover this is the ideal place.

The worst! All I can say is that thankfully, we only stayed 6 hours in this ant infested, filthy delapitated place.

The smell of dampness permeated our small chalet room. We tried to rid the room of the smell by burning insense, but alas the floral smells dissapates all too quickly for our liking.

The windows didn't close properly (thank heavens we had a mosquito net) and the cleanest place was the bed- however, we hardly slept as we were too hot (while it's cooler in this region, it's still humid and a fan is definitely needed) and the torturous dog chorus that went on for literally HOURS!

To top it all off, when it came time to have that well earned hot shower to relax ones muscles after the hike up and down Adam's Peak, it didn't happen. All we go was tepid water at best. Do not waste your money. Stay somewhere else!

If I could I would give 0 stars. That was the most disgusting place on my whole travel. It was dirty, the bathroom smells disgusting and the woman from the rezeption charge you for everything and only see the the money from tourists. It was so dirty, nothing was cleaned up and the pillows were used from the person before. The wifi is only in the restaurant and was switched off on the night. Never again!!

Very dirty, too many steps to reach room. Broken bathtube, blood stains on pillow. But really nice view

Be very careful when making bookings. make sure you get the rate and the checkout time in writing. They will demand rooms back when ever someone else walk in if you dont have the details in writing. The stairs to upper floors are steep. As the purpose of using this hotel is to go to Sripaada this create difficulty. When you are back from you visit to Sripaada usually your legs hurt and its extremely difficult to walk up those stairs. Rooms are musty and smell. Hot water is just barely hot mostly and that is if you keep the flow to a minimum else its cold water.

Worst Hotel we had so far in Sri Lanka.
If we could, we would give 0 Stars.

We had Cockroaches in our dirty room and the bathroom was not cleaned either, the drain smelled awful.
It was an overcoming to take a shower (of course only in FlipFlops).

Additionally we had to walk 320 steps to our room and this after we walked already over night to Adam's Peak.

You can stay there if you get a good deal. But don’t expect something great, entrance is the nicest part of the hotel. My window was broken, not perfect for the mosquitos.
