Terrible value, perhaps the worst we found in Sri Lanka.
No towels, no sheet; hot water and wifi both intermittent at best. None of this would be a problem if the prices were similar to comparable places in the country but they're significantly higher.
Brekkie is not included, meals are added up on a 'tab' system but watch this as we had to argue the bill price when checking out (after keeping a record ourselves of what we'd spent) because it was *significantly* higher. Unsure if this was a genuine error or not.
Pros? Pretty location. Staff (bar the owner/manager) are great, friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to Sri Pada for 2am climb.
There are much better options in town; either pay slightly more for significantly better (Slightly Chilled looks amazing and food is divine), or a lot less for similar quality (heaps of guest houses available on main road that aren't online).

Comfortable guesthouse at the beginning of the town. They have a shuttlebus that brings you to the feet of Adam's peak at 2am and also picks you up in the morning. Clean rooms, warm shower and very friendly staff that is willing to help you with anything.

Comfortable place to start your journey to adans peak. Bit far from entrance, but still amazing location. If you have your own transport choose these place.

Stopped for a quick breakfast during a visit to Shri Pada temple. They had few very uncommon tasty offering. Specially I liked sandwich which had scrambled egg with lots of veggies. Their service is good too. They have a tea center next to the restaurant and it offers good tea.
