Extremely poor service from the staff . I am really disappointed about the services that they provide . We went there for a photoshoot and have informed the hotel staff that we are going to to a photoshoot at the premises . After all the photo shoot was done . Someone saying he the accountant with a another guy came and asked for 5500 rupees for the shoot . After informing them they have never mentioned about a location charge for photography. The man saying he is the accountant he started an argument and said that he doesn’t care about us . And after sometime after saying I need to speak to the owner or the managing director he eventually came up saying no need to pay but don’t take any more pics inside the venue. If that was a rule as there is a location fee he should have taken it . But that’s a rule that he made . Then we ordered two lime juices and two coffees that took more than 35 mins to come . They were doing it purposely due to the argument we had . The accountant was taking to us saying (MACHAN) . What kind of an language is that to talk to a client . Very poor service will never recommend this place to anyone .

We checked in today just to spend our Sunday by the having a Swim.
We have been to this hotel for over 15 years just because it’s convenient and close to my place. The owner and management is not interested in upgrading standards. The restaurant napkins were stained and disgusting. The room toilet was blocked . The toilet fittings and some bed linen are as old as 20 years and not maintained. There is no customer service by anyone except for the pool guy who has always been really friendly . This is the last time I am gonna come here.
The pool is very clean and maintained well. Which is the reason we come here.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone as there are much better places around.response / report this review -

The first days were actually really good, but on new years eve the hotel had let out the hotel to some kind of rave party that started at 2 pm with LOUD music.
As guests (local people) arrived (last entrance was at 4 am and in total they were 500 guests) we realized we had to flee and look for another hotel, and so did many other guests
The party stopped somewhere after 8 am and the havoc we met
At first there was no understanding shown from the personell but since we continued to complain, they finally gave us 100 usd.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED & NEVER RECOMMEND.
My wedding was held on 22.Aug.2016. We came to know that, they have done such an inhabited things, such as we provided a Branded Whiskey for our guests. As per their comments, the staff has mixed with a cheaper quality. (Must be at a superior guidance to do so) And also they have stolen the bites we provided by not serving to guests. (Apples etc )
And also I lost my expensive Bridal Shoe inside the room.
Food was quite ok but the way they served was very poor by not well maintaining the tables.
We Stayed there on 26.Aug.2016 at night & we ordered some chicken burgers. OMG. Cannot believed. It was made we suppose Two Three weeks ago & they served by putting a microwave which cannot even bite, that much of hard. This was unbelievable that how they do such things to guest & how they can survive in tourism??????????
NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT LEAST FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY.response / report this review -
