Good, simple hotel, clean room. The staff was kind, only they didn't understand your questions and it was difficult to communicate with the reception staff. And this hotel don't have a beach with umbrella and laying bed.

It was OK to stay here on transit.
On around 20 minutes drive from Colombo Airport.
Room was clean but quite old. Food was OK. Had experienced much better options around there is the similar locality.

The rooms are basic and are not fancy, but the hotel is very clean (including the pool), the staff are very friendly and exceptionally attentive. Food and drink are good and reasonably priced. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay, great value. Does not back out onto the beach, one of the few negatives, along with no toiletries or tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The price is too high for this low standard hotel. Mosquitos in all over the room, poor air conditioning in the rooms. Overall if you have this money you can go somewhere else. The pool is small which has steps in the south side which can harm you if you are not watchful enough. We had two days of stay here but not satisfied. Only comfort is the well maintained park around the rooms.
