Best place to have a good seafood diner in a calm and solitude environment. With excellent service from the staff, your dinner becomes more pleasing.

Overpriced place to stay rated as very desirable in lonely planet. Has someone actually visited it before writing latest edition? Room is so cluttered that outside door cab hardly be opened. White walls are smeared with dirty stains, ceiling fan about to fall off when switched on. Doors are dirty and half painted. Lights by bed are do bright as only have a light bulb and no lampshade it s impossible to read without disturbing a sleeping partner. The list is endlessAs for the pool it s so dirty looking and uninvited I didn't even have a swim despite longing for a pool with supposedly sea views. Pool area is uneven, half finished with dirty old tables and chairs. Unsure whether any water quality checks are done but seeing how blurry the water looks like I doubt it very muchunless you want to have the worse Sri Lankan experience do NOT go there. It s very easy to fibd very clean accommodation for a fraction if what is charged as Haus Chandra in Mount Lavinia. PS: no WiFi except in main lobby.
