Very good hotel, We stayed there for 5 days and it was really great experience. Staff were nice and happy

This place is good for having seminars and workshops. Close to thimbirogasyaya. Food is average.

It was ok for the price. Pool was nice but since its behind the building was very shaded. Wasn't particularly clean but I swam quite late in the day. The room was simple but spacious and included wardrobe and dresser. The bathroom was clean and included hot showers. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly delicious and I was very happy with the coffee! Good for the price and not a bad location. Staff were helpful especially when I couldn't figure out the WiFi!

I went to meet my colleague who was staying in the hotel.
There was an old gramophone player in the lobby and it was cool
We met up at the bar and we had to wait for like 20 mins till he brings us the menu.
He did not.
After we remind him only he brought it.
Then he came back after another 30 mins to take our order only after we reminded him to.
Yes, it took that long even though the bar was empty on a Saturday night.
(May be that's why it was empty 😂 😂)
The property needed a lot of upkeep / Maintenance and training and development for the staff.response / report this review -

Lousy place , old rooms and unprofessional staff.
No blankets in A.c. rooms, unclean toilets.
Poor breakfast .
Also charged exhorbitantly for the lost key card .

Basic requirement can be covered but it's not worth for price.
Every area need improvement specially cleaning and maintenance must be immediately.
Poor painting and some lights are unsafe.

Used to be a bit seedy but they seems to have revamped the service, the location and the Outlook. In the middle of the residential area of the city though, so not many touristy or commercial stuff around apart from a good selection of eateries nearby. Good for functions

After booking in this hotel, I have read all these adverse comments in this site. But my experience was the hotel is not bad for what you pay. The food in the restaurant was good though they took long time to serve. Rooms were neat and reasonably maintained. Staff were well behaved. Wifi is free. Swimming pool though small, was well maintained. Staff were co-operative. Had no bad experience as many others described. One exception was that A/c was noisy. It was making a sound similar to that of the a rain. I did not complain as I enjoyed it. Probably they have improved themselves, because of these bad reviews in sites like this
