  The hotel is still under renovation and mosquitoes are to look out for in the whole area in general. The hotel is super close to the beach but isn't facing the beach. But only a two minute walk. The boat service to Pigeon Island start from that same beach. If you prefer staying out of the hotel and need a place for night time while you do all outdoor stuff it's a great place with great prices

  Terrible rooms, bad food (chicken served raw) , bad organisation (didn't clean the rooms, lost the booking documents, no clean towels for a 5 day stay), only upsides are an amazing hotel next door and a stunning beach in walking distance.

  Had a good stay there. The hotel is located 250 meters to the best beach of Nilaveli. The prices are very reasonable in compare to other Hotels

  Hôtel pourri, chère vs qualité prix, très sale et rien ne fonctionne, il profite que les voyageurs ne trouvent pas d'hôtel pour gonfler le prix. Personnel froid. À déconseiller absolument.
