With forest to the sides and beach to the front, this place is just amazing. We had very little trouble and if any, it was taken care of very fast. Having good food and well furnished rooms this place is ideal for those who seek comfort.

Nice place to get relaxed in a beach side. Beach is a nice, clean, quiet and sandy. But waves are not clam & quit. Very beautiful sea view in the morning with sun rise when there is clear sky. You can get boat ride to Pigeon Island. Rooms have big space with modern facilities. Two adjacent large pools & leads to the beach. Excellent service & friendly staff. Great seafood, western & Sri Lankan varieties available.

Nice 5* resort on the Nilaveli Beach. LIttle isolated and no crowded. Very closer to Pigeon Island entrance ticket buying counter. 10 mins away from Pigeon Island.

The staff are very helpful and cheerful. The website pictures need to be current. The hotel is located far away from the beach. The beach is a nice sandy beach and we spent most of our time. The room needs to be updated and made cozy. The washroom needs to be clean from smells. The food was alright. The hotel was over priced, watch out.

Loved the stay! Very hospitable staff and security personnel. There's even a security point at the beach for guests to enjoy their time without having to watch out for their belongings. Clean and quiet beachfront as well.

Excellent service, great Sri Lankan food, especially fish and crab. Plenty of Continental food available. Great pools and beach at hand. Other attractions nearby: Pigeon Island, Coral rocks SCUBA or snorkelling; evening bird watching at lagoon; Trinco is a 25minute drive for Fort Frederick

An excellent place with nice sea view. Very friendly staff. The swimming pool is very tidy. Pigeon island tickets office is just near the hotel. The food is excellent. Rooms are modern and very clean.

Only reason I did not give full stars is due to the fact that when we moved in our room smelled like smoke from the previous guests that stayed there. The staff came and simply sprayed a lot of air freshener but that did little to get rid of the smell of smoke. Once the manager came up he was understanding, gave us complimentary drinks and aired out the room for us and made staff scrub it down. If staff just made us wait instead of give us the room the problem could of been avoided.

One of the best hotel rooms I've ever been to. They are built with a modern design and the overall architecture is different to other hotels.

There are two adjoining large swimming pools in the hotel's backyard and the garden leads all the way to the beautiful Nilaveli beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And all the meals we had there were delicious.

Definitely a great stop for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon
