We were a group of 45, stayed there for t days. Place is really nice with the beach. Cabanas are really nice and the other rooms are ok. But bathrooms are not maintained properly and could use some cleaning or renovation. Overall food is good but 75% of the menu is not available. Service is also poor takes long time to attend to customer needs. One small boy is the one who attended for everything and he was doing his best but overall understaffed.

We received awful service. Pity really, as the place is quite nice. We went with a group of 26 people and booked nearly the entire property. We were there for two nights and 3 days. They promised us hot water but claimed the line was cut, on the second day of our stay the manager tries to break into our room with his extra keys while we were in it. And has the audacity to ask us to move to another room because we were only two people and the room was enough for four (though we were two people we were paying the room rate). They had agreed to give our room to a family when we had one more night to go. The room he offered us was not properly cleaned. The toilet seat was soiled. The next morning they tried to feed another group off our menu which we paid extra for and our party had bearly enough. The manager is the most unprofessional person I have seen. He did absolutely no work. The security and the tea boy was the only people actually handling the entire crowd. Really awful service. Disgusting! It's an insult for the Tourist Authority as they have approved it

As soon as we entered was treated poorly by staff. Continued throughout the visit. Rooms were okay some had weird smell. Overall wouldn't recommend and will not be staying again.

Nice place. Very nice Beach. Helpful staff. Very convenient location. 8km for nilavali beach. Lots of restaurants right outside the hotel.

Good location only, with a bad package of bad management/bad staff/less & poor facility /house flies on room/dirty & clogged bathroom/staple ,poor with little variety breakfast without fruits and omelettes/ rooms highly overpriced outmatching the facilities with 5% deduction of bank charges on payment with card (no hotel/resort in sri lanka charged us bank charges on card payment).
!!! So avoid them to get a better place and enjoy Trinco beaches!!!response / report this review -
