  For the price you pay, the accommodation is just fine. Just don't expect anything outstanding. The pictures shown on bookingapps and Google are not the right ones as I write the review sitting down in the restaurant.
  Postive things: excellent location, most of the staff speaks English and is helpful. Wifi works great in the restaurant, but not in the room. Good bikes for very low rents. Rooms are spacious. Very friendly and goodlooking hotelmanager. Tries to sell you trips and things all the time. Very enthusiastic.
  Negative aspects: rooms were indeed a bit dirty. Cutted beard was left from previous customers in our bathroom. There is no room keeping. Bathroom has no proper sink and floorwhole to let water out. Each time we showered the bathroom filled up completely with water. Bathroom is very spacious, almost half the size of our bedroom. For some reason the entire bathroom had not a single closet, wall hooks or clothes hanging possibilities. It's pretty incomplete.
  We didn't try the food as Polonnaruwa has a few lovely restaurants.
  I would advice this accommodation for sure as it low in price and comfortable enough.

  Very clean and good Service. With a woman (we call her lovely "big mama" 😉) who has all the Boys working under her Control 😊

  Good Value for money. Clean room. Satisfying breakfast. Friendly staff.
  The bed was not comfortable and it was difficult to survive the heat with just a fan.

  I randomly selected the place. Surprisingly good experience. Clean and neat room. Descent saff. Good place to stay at Polonnaruwa ancient city.
