Good location in Habarana with great access to Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa (both ~20 minutes away). The rooms were nice and big, and relatively clean though our bathroom had quite bad water stains on the roof and ceiling. The pool was really nice. The restaurant was quite expensive. Habarana town itself is quite small and a short tuk tuk trip away, but there are much better value dinner options there.

we arrived late in the evening the rooms had already been arranged. The staff at the hotel made arrangements to take the luggage into our first floor rooms after first tagging the room number on each piece of baggage. The room was spacious, clean with white bedding. The toilets and the towels too were clean and white. There was a tv and a small fridge as well as a kettle with tea, coffee, milk and sugar. All in all good place to spend the night. There was no wi-fi in the rooms, but WiFi was available in the common area downstairs. There is a swimming pool too to refresh yourself in the evening. The staff were polite and helpful. Though the hotel has three floors there is no lift.

Medium level place with acceptable service. This place provides accommodation as well as dining. The restaurant is also fine and the food is ok. But sometimes large groups accommodate the place which becomes a bit annoying for other guests. The rooms of new wing are spacious and comfortable enough with a swimming pool in front of it.

Acme Hotel is a good hotel in Colombo. Rooms & toilets are excellent with all modern, well maintained amenities. Food is also good. However, sizes of rooms, reception, corridor etc. are too narrow. Gives a feeling of crampness. Wonder what will happen during any emergency evacuation.
