All I can remember in this place was the best food served by the staff. I mean they should build a restaurant! The staff/chef, Hasitha, was very helpful. There were less restaurant near the place so we opted to have our lunch and dinner at there guesthouse, and it was superb. They also organized safari rides.

Nice place. Tasty food especially breakfast. Good and smiley staff. Room was ok, but could be more clean. It's close to the road so you hear all the traffic in your room.

Voilà une adresse recommandé par le guide du routard, nous réservons donc les yeux fermés! Le propriétaire censé être accueillant nous a fait vivre notre pire expérience au Sri Lanka où nous avons pour habitude de voyager! Il s'en est en effet pris à notre chauffeur, pensant que c'est ce dernier (que nous connaissons très bien) et non nous qui avions décidé de manger en ville et non chez lui! Suite à son agressivité, nous nous sommes retrouver au poste de police et avons décidé de ne pas passer la nuit dans cet endroit! Vraiment dommage, car l'endroit est bien situé et le personnel très sympa!

This place is amazing, the food delicious and the service great. It's really affordable and the rooms are nice and clean. Also the area is pretty quiet and away from all the trouble of the city. You can hire bikes to explore the area and the ancient ruins and even join a safari tour.
It was great and absolutely perfect.
Highly recommended!

Amazing place! Each room has a private bathroom with hot shower and a little terrace to hang out with a view of a nice garden. The lady who owns the place is super sweet and helpful. Home cooked breakfast and dinner was delicious and you can also buy bottled water and chilled beers. There is a possibility to rent bicycles and bike around the Polonnaruwa ruins which are 10-15 minutes ride from the place. It was the best homestay we've been to at Sri Lanka!
