Better if they can provide a details of doctors arrivals. Girls in the reception have no idea about the doctors patient consultimg details. We have to wait and wait untill our time comes.

A very nice place and good service was given.. all the staff was very kind except the receptionists they had their own work without paying attention to the patients.. even the cleaning staff was so kind than the receptionist .. if not it is one of the best hospitals ..

This is the most disgusting customer service hospital I have ever seen.
Yesterday 2019/10/01 I went to see Dr Shanaka Fernando to the hospital and when we arrived there the receptionist informed me that, the doctor had left the hospital before half and hour because there was no enough patients.

I told her the I have a appointment to him and the given time for me was 8.20pm and now it's 8.25, and I showed her the massage they have sent me and
I asked her "why you guys acting like irresponsible people? Why don't you give a call for us and check weather we are coming or not, Before doctor left?
She replied me "sorry sir, we only care paid appointments only"
I was traveling from nugegoda and I was really disappointed that time.
This service is the most disgusting and irresponsible customer service I have ever seen in my life.

good staff, nurses and doctors are experienced. quality hospital for a area like Horana. MDK hospital have all the requirements except a Surgery room (operations) .
getting medicine from the pharmacy is worst in sometimes. but you can have the lowest price in Horana from this pharmacy.
all the area air conditioning, OPD, Ambulance, X-RAY, Pharmacy, dental care, individual patient rooms etc are few facilities you can have from this government approved MDK private hospital located in Horana.

I have visited this place several times for get channeling service. I also got pharmacy and x-ray service. I didn't meet my doctor on time for my every visiting. Usually doctors are late about one or two hour.
I got a call from staff only one time informing a late of appointment.
Pls carry a book or sometime to read if you will channel a doctor.
The staff of this hospital not well organized by management. Some time there is no any help to open the channeling room door even for mothers. I noticed this today.

There is a X-ray service and radiographer loudly talking with nurse about their personal thing while operating machine. They didn't care about customer. X-ray service is slightly expensive related to other hospitals.

There is a good pharmacy in the hospital. Very clean and responsible service. Its the only thing that I can happy about this place. Given two stars for the pharmacy.

Im writing this review while waiting for Dr.H.D.P.Bandujeewa. my appointed time is 7:20PM. Staff announced usual late at around 8:00PM. Now time is 9:03PM and no any information about the doctor.
I will update this review in my next visit.

Very poor service offered by the staff of the hospital today evening (07/11/2018). I was waiting at the OPD to meet Dr. Aluthge since 1600hrs. My number was 54. But Dr. Aluthge has left the hospital after seeing approx 30 patients. But hospital staff didn't inform us and we were waiting there until 1900 hrs. It is highly unsatisfactory about the behaviour of the hospital staff.

Been to many hospitals but today i have experienced the worst at MDK Horana hospital. From outside it looks nice but taking appointments and waiting for our turn is totally time wasting.

Understood that the hospital doesnt take responsibility of the delay from doctors end. Then better they have their own doctors so the patients doesnt have to wait for long despite appointments and payments done.

8pm doctor supposed to come and he comes late and we have to wait from 7.50pm till 10pm for our turn. Totally unacceptable. Even till 10pm we are not taken.

Better find a way to improve this. Yesterday also for a report had to wait for 2 hrs just for a report.

Also the reception staff doesnt type correctly the patients name they can spell it if they have a doubt and their not friendly either.

this hospital have great facilities..whole hospital is fully air conditioned and they set up tvs to people eho are waiting for doctors so its not frustrate when we wait there ..the staff is very helpful but some times receptionists are not in chairs so have to wait in ques . pharmacy is super good they are even double checking the medicines after giving us. cafeteria is somewhat good they also have a vision care showroom,and the parking is spacious the security people helping us to park vehicles and also to drive away..good place get medicine from channelling services .. rates are moderate

Hospital facilities well, nursing service good but i never recommend this hospital if you go to MDK think twice coz the hospital take no responsibility for patients when something goes wrong The hospital says we don't know enything,its a doctors responsibilityetc. they only care about ur money. i observed that they cunningly exploit people through unnecessary test
