We like this hotel from at first sight. And even changed our hotel for staying there. Owners very helpful and hospitality. Good clean rooms, hot water and big balcony with breathtaking view :) Choose rooms on the 3rd or 4th floor, they are more privacy. Wi-fi connection not good but really it can be excusably because it is the best place for staying in Haputale

Excellent staff, that were very well organized and ever so helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the rooms were lovely and clean. It was lovely staying in the peaceful tea plantation. Lovely sunrises from the roof or 5 minutes walk through the tea plantation.

Need a lot of important, room rate are quite high but no facilities like TV, WiFi, Telephone and room services.
Staff in hotel are quite helping and cooperative.

Good experience. Room is clean , nice looking with a comfortable king size bed. Sufficient furnitures.
Great view from the corridor. Its ur luck with the mist.
Food is good.
Staff is friendly and helpfull in guiding.

Peaceful place with incredible views. Staff are so friendly and chatty - but sometimes talk to you whilst your eating, or stare at you, lucky they are so nice! Water pressure was excellent in our room and very hot! Bed was huge and comfy, but new sheets needed. Lovely big balcony to sit and look at the view. Wifi doesn't work in the last room on the same level as the restaurant - suggest getting a booster so people can use it here as well, advertised that wifi is in all rooms.

Great views and good friendly staff. 2 kms from Haputhale town. Ella/Nuwaraelia are almost 1-1.5 hrs journey. Lack of fans in rooms is a drawback. Better to consider during winter seasons.

Hotel with a great view and friendly staff. The bedsheets just don't look very clean and the blanket was little fusty. The warm water shower (what you really need cause it is cold in the rooms) was very low water jet.
