The security guard here should be taught what customer service is! They chase away customers even before inquiring what they are here for. Absolutely ridiculous! This happened today.

I am not sure wherher LOLC Rajagiriya is open these days due to the present Lock Down. However on Google it indicates thar it is open till 5pm.. On dialling there is no answer..Few days ago also it was the same. No answer. Hence I presume tgat they are closed. I NEEDED TO CONTACT THEM IN A VERY IMPORTANT MATTER WHICH IS RELATED TO THEIR BUSINESS.

Really disappointed about your service. Before two three years back my sister leased a car and I have signed as a guarantee ( They accepted family members as a guarantor I don’t know how and what are the central bank regulations ). Last year we handed over the vehicle to them for sell. They have sell it under the value of valuation and still calculating interest for outstanding amount for us. I can’t believe how they charging interest from two parties and still your not informed by in writing. Today I called them and asked the status and they are telling new agreement are still open and it will be closed end of 2021 and end of this period they are planning to send the letter and until that they are charging interest.

As my experience at LOLC Maharagama I went there to have a FD over loan, but my FD belongs to head office. Though the front office staff serve me very well. I heard that the accountant who approved the FD, mentioned that issuing such a loans of other branches is wasting of her time & advise her juniorbnot to accept such a payment. I don't know weather she serve for achieve the utmost goal of LOLC. This is the only and very terrible experience I had with LOLC

Some staff works here really need a slap hard to introduce them to customer service .
My experience is in FD department. They are nice to you till they take your money , then it's so hard to
Catch them when you want something done . Some women make faces at you when you give them
Instructions.

NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
Bad Customer service. They are friendly till they get the business after that they are treating their clients very bad way. My experience was with Gampaha LOLC never got that place. After paying whole amount of leasing money they kept me waiting several hours in the Lobby without issuing the documents.

NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE..
In 2014 i went LOLC for a lease.But they convinced me2 get their Flex loan facility by proving lot of advantages.as the facility,Rate is bit low but it changes by every 6months as the central bank rates.&
They proved my rental will be changed by max Rs.2000.& it may increase or decrease as the history
However my first rental was 40000 & it changed by every6 months.And after 2years rental was 48000
so can someone believe,After next 2yers my rental will be definitly morethan Rs.60000 per month.
Then i went to discuss this issue with them,then they ussed to blame on the government and telling me u have changed ur rentel by only 3000 or somthing like that amount and some of our high customer's retal has been changed by more than Rs.25000-50000.any try 2 under value my issue..
However finaly i got a personal loan from BOC and ask their settlement amount.Also they increse two times my settlement amount by arround 50000 by saiyng lot of reasons.And the end of termination even they charged Rs.500 For NO DUE letter.
What a bad Service & company

Very bad customer service. The lady who attended to me kept me waiting for one hour (even after giving her 24hrs prior notice). She didn't even hv the decency to apologise. Lolc should not hv people like that to serve customers.

LOF , the premise is very warm and welcoming . The staff is well trained and knowledgeable . The service to you is fast and quick . Parking is good .
