It is good to see the drive in ATM is back. It will be more convenient and time saving if a modern touch screen ATM can be installed, instead of the old button press type in place.

It is a very convenient location to do transactions after work hours and during the weekends. However, there is almost always a waiting period and finding parking in the evenings can be a hassle as well.

Parking can be a nightmare in the peak hours..there s no space at all..just 10 or so spots for the bank park..
There s only 5 or so counters for money deposits etc..so be prepared to wait a long time..this place is very very crowded in the mornings and afternoons..
Sampath bank Should really improve their services,given this prime location and have more money counters..so that customers dont have to wait 25mins to deposit or withdraw cash!!response / report this review -

Sampath Bank as a bank does have many flaws. They do not offer many things other private banks offer due to their conservative nature. Although this branch that works till 11 in the night everyday is really useful during weekends and after work hours. The place does get crowded after office hours, still when you have some banking work to get done urgently at an odd time this branch comes in handy

Worst bank. They are super traditional and narrow minded. Terrible and unhelpful service. Not at all flexible or in sync with technology and trends. They refused a withdrawal without passbook when other banks offer electronic statement. They are miles behind the rest of the private banking sector. And also falling in fitch ratings due to bad capitalization. (A+ is rating that even finance company have) So bad stability too. (They used to be good but not anymore) Do not trust them with big amounts. Keep at this bank at your own risk.

Assistant manager or manager idk surely but a lady in charge she is very racist. I had a big amount deposited there but now I closed my account and moved to HSBC the racist lady refused my wire transfer to my college.

Better if you avoid visiting this branch for anything other than just over the counter transactions after around 4.30 pm on weekdays.
Although they have an excellent queue system for over the counter transactions, for other services such as FDs, debit cards etc there is no such system implemented.
You may have to wait for more than one hour to just get 5 minutes work done.response / report this review
