  Branch manager is like a woman in a state-owned bank, she does not listen to customers and thinks of Sampath as a state-owned bank.worst experience ,worst day

  Not a crowded place. So you can complete your requirement early. Customer service is need to improve. No smiling faces at the counters staff. I don't know why they can't be pleasantly at the counters.
  Cash deposit machines are worst. I never see the machines like this.. very hard to deposit. It can't read the notes properly Have to try 5-6 times to do the deposits..

  One of the only Sampath bank with cash deposit machine.. Ready happy..
  The ATM, Cash deposit machines are in the opened area and it feels like not safe.
  If the administration change it will be more useful for the customers 😍😍
  Thank you sooo much good Customer care..
  And vehicle parking space also available 👍👍

  Good place for banking. There is the bank since longtime here and lot of peoples know this location well. This is located to very closely to the main road and very easy to access to bank from main road. But vehicle parking facilities are available for several vehicle only. CCTV and fire safety facilities are available inside the bank.
