  One of the best and most significant aspects of John Keells Holdings PLC for local households is their exclusive range of Keells food products. Keells never fail to deliver great quality food items for my family which are affordable, scrumptious and healthy. Amazing for the largely increasing health-conscious population.

  We visited your Welisara outlet yesterday and tried to purchase apples. We noticed that some of the apples were dented and damged. So we tried to inform the staff who was around about the apples, but though I repeatedly talked to her, SHE TURNED ASIDE WITHOUT LISTENING AT ALL TOTALLY IGNORING US, later we informed of the incident to the manager and he merely promised us of fresh fruits.
  When we came home , the apples were damaged internally as expected.
  When I took it to the KEELS OUTLET today, the manager promised replacements , but ut immediately a person called the freshness officer came and started to ask the manager if he had given one or two.
  Then he alongside the LADY WHO HAD BEHAVED ARROGANTLY THE PREVIOUS DAY, started to check CCTV footage of us buying apples the previous day to find how many apples we had bought.
  When we asked about it the giy spoke arrogantly and went on to state that the other lady DID NOT HAVE TO ANSWER THE QUERIES OF CUSTOMERS SINCE SHE IS A SUPERVISOR. ( relating to the incident the previous day.)
  He was talking in a threatening tone as if he was a thug.
  I have faced similar staff issues in this outlet, but despite that I continue to do the bulk of my weekly purchases at keels ( there is a foodcity right in front and next to this outlet) , owing to the fact thst I shop at keels super since I was a kid.
  BUT LOOKS LIKE THIS IS THE WAY CUSTOMERS WOULD BE TREATED BY A GROUP OF BULLYING STAFF. So far for the adverts and promises 😠😠😠
