  Kadawara dewalaya is placed at the kalaa wewa bunt.
  According to the history, the same devalaya is located in the place where "kalaa wewa" femous water leak started and the the person "Kaala" blocked the same for around 12 hours until the king found the situation. How ever the person was died in the event of stopping the leak.
  Hence the king named the tank as kaala wewa as a mark of respect to him.
  People believe that the person kaala became a god after life and staying in this devalaya until present day.

  Awesome views of the Kala Wewa. Huge reservoir. Cool breeze of air. This place had so many people so we just wanted to see what was going on. A local said that people make offerings here to the Dewalaya and get the blessings of God.
