  A home away from home, ideal for those looking for a getaway of adventure or relaxation. The scenic bay/beach hidden from the outside world and the sound of the rolling waves brews the magic. The food and the extremely courteous staff at the beach house gives it the perfection you desire. The choices of a night on the beach under the star lit sky or sitting on the steps of the beach house with hot mug of coffe and your feet in water at dawn or daybreak or reading and listening to the waves as you lay in the hammock or an adventure of fishing and strong waves with the fishermen make you fall head-over-heels in love with this opportunity of a lifetime.
  Personally, I enjoyed every moment I spent there. Thank you Eduard and the staff (Team Talalla Bay Beach House)! Welldone!

  This is a little peace of heaven! We stayed in this lovely hotel for 7 nights coming from two weeks of backpacking across Sri Lanka ，because we wanted a quiet and relaxing end of our trip. And it was more than that! The beach is unspoiled unlike every other beach in the south of the island. Also it is very nice and scenery with long strands of sand.
  The hotel is located right on the beach with their own private beach.
  The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot when I had an accident (sunburn). Also they prepared a private dinner for me and my husband，as well as a cozy dinner outside on the sand with some other guests. We got to know each other and made some wonderful friends.
  Rooms on the beachfront are perfect with huge balconh looking at the sea. There are also nets covering beds so you can easily drift into comfortable sleep with everything wide open.listening to the waves.
  AC works perfectly too.
  Wifi works pretty well in the rooms but better by the reception.
  I also felt very safe when going to the beach and swimming in the ocean because I noticed that Thomas has constantly one eye on his guests while they are in the sea.
  Next to the hotel is a very nice and cozy fish restaurant with wonderfull octopus!
  All in all I would say this hotel really made our stay perfect in Sri Lanka and I would recommend it to everyone who wants an unspoiled and clean beach with very few people，a relaxed and comfortable vacation without/after the hustle and bustle of Sri Lankan cities.

  Excellent location right on the beach in this wild bay, but make sure to be on the beach side and not the noisy road one. Staff is very friendly. Only 3 stars because of the price-quality ratio overall: building quality is cheap (eg door lock not working) not to mention that the building was still under construction. Note that room have AC. For 100$ you could expect better in the end, this is quite representative of how expensive Sri Lanka has become without the quality to justify all aspects considered.

  Staying at Talalla Beach House was about as good as it gets.The sandy beach and,rolling surf on your doorstep as well as great service all made for a memorable stay.A feature of the Beach house was the meals cooked by Ranga.Each evening he produced something that was different .His fish was a feature along with traditional cooking.Apart from this he was a terrific bloke to help you out if needed.The room we had was the one that looks out on the beach in the picture.A great few days
