Good food. Nice customer service. Food is served hot. Love the burger meals here. But the soft drinks are often forgotten to be chilled. Everything else was superb.

Compare to other KFC this place tast is good. But no a day KFC has too much oil. I had to wait after 2 person to order. But the rest was good. There was no soap on washroom but all over place was very clean, most of the salesperson doesn't know English and non of them help me to translate or tell the salesperson I spoke what I was trying to tell.

The KFC in Nugegoda is very spacious compared to most other KFC outlets in Sri Lanka. Went there ten minutes before closing time but they were courteous enough to accommodate an order for 2 six piece buckets of Grilled Chicken. They also let us stay 30 minutes after closing to finish up the meal. The food here is typical of the KFC food you would find elsewhere in the country. They also have reasonable parking space in the rear.

Good for fast foods. But now KFC is like a street food selling shop. That's how I see it. Good parking facility is there. But their service is very bad.

Crowded as usual. Parking available for this place. Try to stay closer to an A/C unless you will get annoyed by flies. They accept cash and card payments.

This is a big restaurant with ample parking, how ever the entrance road can have only one vehicle at a time, which can cause a delay. Food was good and served quickly. Staff should improve on service. (3 people eyed us when we came to the counter, but none approached us) good seating arrangements with enough space.

Service was pretty bad. Cashiers were not even smiling nor they were polight. People were jumping the queue and no one says anything. Badly organised. There was even a guy in the kitchen area in a helmet and a jacket; which I don't think they're adhering to the franchise standards. Quite disappointing.
