It became bad stay in the end.
Firstly, the hotel asked to pick us up at airport for 2500 rupees right after I booked, then I reply "pick-up won't be 2000? " The hotel said "no " because they are charged to park a car and page us in the airport it will costs 500 rupees so I didn’t request it yet they asked me again 2000 rupees is ok for the pick-up 2 days later. I felt they were maybe dishonest.
Secondly, the hotel is under construction. Always very noisy throughout the daytime and dusty everywhere in the hotel I think they should notice about that when booking. I wanted to stay a quiet place that is why I chose here far away from the beach area that I didn’t need Tuk Tuk to come back.
Thirdly, I got charged serves charge which I am not needed to charge in agreement with the travel agency. I claimed it to the hotel, but they just excused a lot then I had little time for next destination so just accepted it. I claimed about it to the customer support of the travel agency so they check on it then they said I am not needed to charge it’s already included the payment of the accommodation fee. I needed to request the company of my credit card to get the statement to demand for the refund. that was really pain for me.
downside
•Wifi signal is weak. I used internet outside of the room every time.
•Less facilities. only soap and toilet paper.
•The shower have no hot water.
•No one is in the hotel except customers during the midnight. It was a bit scary.
upside
•room is very big.
•ac works well.
•The ayurveda treatment they offer is really nice. ( I should have booked only the treatment.)response / report this review -

Booked only a full body massage with them. It was a good massage and price very reasonable. The only problem with them was that they simply do not reply to emails which was annoying and also the guy at the front desk was rude. He has a 'I don't care' attitude.

The service in this place is one of the best in the country. Pick from my hotel by their chauffer. Staff friendly and hospitable. Clean massage rooms clean floors and bathrooms.
Experienced massage therapists. Provided fruit plater at the end of treatment and bottled water throughout treatments.
Paid $35-40 AUD for about 3 hrs of treatment.
Could do without herbal steam bath though didn't like the smell of herbs let alone steamed herbs.response / report this review -

Large, nice decorated rooms and clean rooms. When you book an Ayurveda Treatment for several days the food is included and delicious. The treatments made me feel relaxed.

The place is a bit far from town, try to ask for free pickup service if possible. I went for massage only and opt for 75mins full body massage and it cost around 2100LKR. Their skill is different from others like Thai and Indonesia style. Give a try and it worth the money.

Didn't stay in the accommodation but came for two massage treatments, both which were very good. The spa is beautifully decorated, the prices very reasonable and the standard high. Free transport provided from our Negombo beach hotel. Definitely check this place out if you want a massage in Negombo.

Superb massage centre.
Just had a full body massage here followed by half an hour hot oil scalp treatment.
Masseurs were thorough yet gentle.
Surroundings are beautiful, quiet and peaceful.
Scalp treatment was hypnotic (apparently I snored).
All treatments are incredibly reasonable.

My experience at the Jasmin Villa was very mixed but mainly it was an excellent stay. With small improvements this would be a perfect place.
My main issue is that we had not been made aware of the noisy construction that would take place all day starting early morning. Our room was located right next to the renovations and it was extremely loud and annoying from 7 30 am at times throughout out our whole stay and the noise was loud enough to go throughout the hotel . Very unbareable especially because it's a relaxing spa hotel. The bathrooms can definitely use some maintenance as a lot of the showers don't work properly ( I stayed in two different rooms experienced similar situation). The internet was also not fluid at all times , there would be long periods of lagging and sometimes no internet at all ( I am told this was normal however because of our location etc)
HOWEVER, the staff was extremely kind and helpful- definitely excellent service and excellent food. Cleanliness was overall very good. I would recommend an intercom in the rooms or phones so there is an easier way to contact the front desk. Wonderful quality of ayurvedic services as well, however one suggestion, more explanation is required of the treatment and services you will recieve. It's a bit abrupt and quick the way the service takes place from the moment you arrive to the moment you end your treatment and sometimes you aren't aware of the procedure or what the service really offers. Maybe a small introduction to the service before with the client is ideal and can help give a more calming confident experience for the customer. The services themselves were amazing and very affordable - definitely worth going.
There is a shuttle bus to the beach area everyday for free for the guests of the hotel . They will also drop you off at the airport for a small fee which is very convenient for those with 3 am flights like myself. One of the extras I received during this stay was a free few hours in my guest room even after checkout due to the fact that my plane was leaving so late. Very considerate of the staff as I was a young woman traveling alone. The busboy working was very kind as well.
Overall an amazing stay, a few improvements would make this a 5 star stay easily!
I can see this hotel becoming popular over the next year if they play their cards right as it is a BEAUTIFUL hotel, with amazing staff and services. Definitely would recommend to stay here.response / report this review -

It looks great after the referbish, they give a great massage for affordable price. They also offer pick up and drop off from the accommodation that advertise them with no extra cost.
