I would rate 5 starts even though it's not a 5 star hotel. The reason? They know how to make you feel welcomed. The view is awesome, the beach is clean and well maintained, the rooms, lounges, hallways and other places are beautiful and eye pleasing. The buffet is really good. They have a variety of food for each course. The swimming pool is long and can actually swim, unlike some other small pools. The rooms are spacious and has a beautiful view for each of them. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. It's a good place to spend your day and have a good experience.

A great hotel by the sea. You could feel the sea with a room upstairs. All rooms are with the sea view. Pool and the garden area is quite enough to accomodate a huge number of guests. The bar facing the sea is very nice and colorful.

This hotel is lovely if you want a beach break. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The food was excellent with many options both local and international. The only reason it is not five stars is the rooms although comfortable had a strange set up in the bathroom. Basically a shaft running from top to bottom in the bathroom where you could hear people doing their ablutions from above and below.

Awesome 4 star feeling is there. Nice hotel. Staff is very helpful and polite. Views are mesmerizing. Ample car park is there. Food is I should say average 😊.

Excellent service!!! Beautiful and very spacious rooms with a nice sea view. Very well designed architecture Great food experience and even in room dinning menu has a great food combo with decent prices. Roof top was beyond expectations

Fine place to spend a holiday
Great hotel with delicious food and nice comfortable rooms. We stayed there for 3days and 2 nights and the stay was amazing. The hotel staff was really professional and helpful. Lunch and the dinner was quite exceptional and they had wide range of cuisines for all 3 meals. The Swimming pool is good but it was not depth enough for diving, that was only minus point I could get. Bathrooms were large, fine and super clean. Bed was soft and the other facilities in the room was wonderful. Worth for the money you spend.response / report this review -

Beautiful place to enjoy your weekend with your family and friends.Located infront sea area. There is a large Swimming pool and there is a lot of different type food. Taste of the food is the only matter of fact sometimes. Rooms are comfortable.They have good house keeping service. If you are select to sped ground floor rooms you can access both side entrance. There is a pool bar and also normal bar facility.

Good place. Staff is considerate and helpful. But the buffet was not good. No food for locals. Only two types of rice were there and curries that went with those were even less. They should've provided something more, considering our guys were the largest crowd there.

This is an ideal place to spend some holidays, good place for weekend getaway too. Also for events such as company events, weddings etc.
This place also has Wifi in public areas too. Large swimming pool is good place for water sports too. Beach is something we can enjoy whole with exploring.

Good place for a weekend getaway. The hotel has a good view of Indian ocean. But the sea is bit rough in this area. Not suitable for swimming. Garden of the hotel mergers with the beach at its border. Well maintained hotel. The only issue is that the corianders with in the hotel become wet even with a little shower due to the wind.
Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Meals are good. Not an expensive hotel.response / report this review -

Service was good. A hotel which had nice rooms and a unique washroom and the hotel also had a nice view to it. The food was very unique than the food in any other hotel. The 2 nice swimming pools which gave the hotel a nice look. We had a lot of fun since it was in the seaside

Beautiful hotel close to the beach. The buffet was good even though there wasn't much variety compared to other hotels. Rooms and in-room amenities were very good. Service was the only negative, felt that the place is a bit understaffed. The pool was good too with various activities.

Visited the hotel for the corporate annual day out and here is my verdict.
Pros:
Spacious - Nice photo location with chill ambience. Vast space for extra activities. (Cricket, volleyball, etc.)
Pool area - Enjoyed a good swim.
Prompt attention of the staff even at the busy times.
Cons:
Average menu when it comes to the food and beverages. Nothing extraordinary. Guess they were playing it safe.

It's average. The good: Food was alright. Nice pool and garden area. Nice bar area. The bad: There were ants in our bed. The kind that bites. The guy at the reception lied to us about a discount we were entitled to for our credit card saying the discount was already included when it wasn't.

Great location by the seashore, with all rooms giving you a good view of the beach. Very pleasant rooms, comfy and well maintained.
The all day dining restaurant does a good buffet spread but could do better with a little more variety. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly but can sometimes lack in attending to guests, when it gets a bit busy.
Minor issue I found was that the Pips N Sips lounge staff aren't always around to serve you and sometimes you have to wait around for someone to show up to take your order.response / report this review -

Extremely pleasant and well designed resort hotel in Waduwa. The interior design and modern decor are really well done and the pool area is quite enjoyable. The staff were pleasant and check in was quick. The washroom and room were both large and comfortable. The best feature of the hotel is the two hammocks near the beach which were the highlight of our stay.

Big lawn for kids to play. Food was good and a decent pool. Getting a triple bed is tricky. They offers to turn the couch into one to our surprise!

Visited the hotel for a wedding reception. The service within the function was not 100% great where it was around 75-80%. Expected much more service. Food was great. And whole Menu was much satisfying. Reception hall was not elegant and nice as expected. These comments are only limited to the reception service offered by the hotel.
Cannot comment over other services at the hotel since I didn't stay there.

One of the best place to stay in Waskaduwa (Sri Lanka). It has beach access, huge garden, spacious rooms, superb service, great staff and great food. Everything was just perfect.

One of the best of its kind in Sri Lanka to enjoy the sunny beautiful beaches. Clean tasty food served by polite friendly staff. Welcoming calm and free environment. Excellent facilities in rooms. All in all marvellous. Love to go their again.
