Pathetic. Rooms are on the 2nd floor and no lifts available. Bathrooms have transparent doors. But good view of the beach from hotel.

Good place to stay, right on the beach. There is russian surf school in the hotel and restaurant "Fujisan" near with great international cuisine.

Spacious and very clean rooms with well maintained interior. Situated directly are the beach. However the hotel lags atmosphere. Also the building exterior still seems to be half finished and under construction. If it would be finished this place could be great. In contrast to some other reviews, the wi-fi worked good.

We were in the Sea view Room which is very large with 2 beds and huge balcony. Room and bath rooms was clean. Nice Sea view. Average Breakfast

Will only take foreigners not locals and the rooms smell old and dont forget to close the toilet door or mosquitos will bite you

Place is under construction, so dont expect a too cosy place. Personnel partly very friendly rest doesnt seem very hospitable nor encouraged. Beach and Russian surfcamp on property is great though.

The hotel is ok but they do overbookings on purpose and then relocate people in the "sister" hotel owned by the same owner which is just terrible Holes in the walls, non working ac, noise 24/7 since it under construction It ruined our holidays. We also couldn't get food since the staff left the hotel to go t a party after serving half of our table! They did steal the name of the Paradise beach hotel and call themselves paradise beach resort.

Personal is very friendly and can help you with any problems. Some rooms have seaview. Breakfests are the same every day, but everything is very tasty! There are few surf schools in the hotel.
