Amazing views and very comfortable hotel. Service overall - only average. Very robotic service specially reception and service staff in dining room (only inside - the chef team in whites were good). Service every where else is fantastic inc team dressed in chef whites. Loved the special touch of a puppy made with towels on the bed.

Stayed here twice sometime back. Its super expensive but if you want to get away from the rush in the city or town, but still have good food and awesome surroundings, this is the place. Lots of hiking activities. I recommend going with friends with looser pants. The swimming pool is a big deal only if you are not swimming, or else it feels like u r in any old water hole.

I'm so amazed how it is designed in such an echo friendly manner blending well with mother nature, and the hospitality, the friendly smiling faces of the staff made us feel as if we belong here, they were very helpful, we could walk around enjoying the scenery and we had enough freedom

Lonely beautiful place. Wonderful architecture. You feel like living in a forest. Careful to keep the windows and doors locked. Monkeys may enter the hotel rooms. Wonderful foods and great staff.

This is a hotel in the ever green woods. This place is a natural habitat of monkey's and a visitor of this hotel can observe the wonderful actions of Monkeys. Hotel has taken every possible action not to disturb those amazing creatures. Hotel has taken every possible action to protect the environment as well.

We got a suite as we went there for the honeymoon package. It was spacious and with a Jacuzzi tub. It was really an unforgettable experience. Staff was very friendly. Laundry we gave to wash was returned even before the said time. The only bad experience we got with the staff was that they got hell lot of a time for the checking out process. I had to give 3 calls for the process to start. Valet parking was available, but the parking was without a shelter. Also, the entrance road to the hotel was dusty. Used 2 out of 3 swimming pools, had a candle light dinner and did some wandering at the hotel premises. Missed the elephant ride, spa and a bath at the other swimming pool. Hope to go there again for a 2 night stay. I highly recommend a 2 nights stay there.
