Cannot say this is a hotel. A ruined lakeside property by unplanned and poor project.

One of the baddest places in Dambulla. The pool is in very bad condition .
No maintanance . The pool is not cleaned. Food is awful & there are a lot of dogs and cats around the dining area. The water supply is nill. The BBQ facility is awful. No one must ever go to this place.response / report this review -

Hotel in the outskirts of Dambulla.
Rooms have a good size with AC.
Swimming pool is OK but not cleaned every day (but the kids enjoyed it a lot).
Staff was friendly and willing to help but spoke little English.
Difficult to highly recommend the hotel as it is difficult to reach. Tuktuk have to be guided to the place!
