A pretty good experience. The Burger King at the food court is very nice with very friendly staff. So is the Bubblicious. Some of the other shops however do have the tendency to try to grab people into their shops before we even make a choice which is very annoying. But overall, decent experience.

Nice foods are available with variations like Mongolian, Indian etc. price is reasonable. Nice place to quick hangouts to a team as well as a couple. Wash rooms are available and really clean.

Poor service at Berger king. Not up to the world standard. The staff not friendly and very poor service and quality.
The quality and service of other food outlets also same. Thry mainly focusing to grab the money from the customers without deliver the food for the right price and right quality.
There should be a regulatory body to control this nature of food courts and related services.

There are multiple outlets by different vendors serving bubble tea to Oriental rice and curry to burgers; each with their own different standard.
Roots is a reasonably priced fruits and vegetables drinks/salads bar, and they have recently switched to being healthy by cutting down on sugar etc.
Bubble tea and coffee is relatively new to the country and there's an outlet here that sells them.
Baskin Robbins franchise sells mediocre ice cream at insane price points.. honestly, you are better off buying Haagen Dazs from keells.
Then there's the burger king, small burgers that tastes terrible and rice and curry you are bound to regret buying.
And, there's the Oriental food outlets, Mongolian and Chinese mostly, which are reasonably okay.

Whenever i go there, usually i am treated well. Roots is amazing but too expensive and othes stalls are good but there is one stall which serves fried fish and chips. It used to be good but recently i had it again and could not even take it to the mouth since it had too much salt and my lunch was ruined.

Small food cart. Chinese / Asian food is dominant . There is a Burger King and a coffee shop , a kiddies play area around for verity.
Food choice and taste is average.

I have been to K-Zone a lot but today only I got a chance to eat from one of the food stalls there, “Hot Grill Mongolian BBQ” by name. Normally I don’t eat from there but today I went there for a change. Comparing with other food stalls, they have the worst customer service ever, the food is not good either. Even the portion they shows you at the showcase in front of the stall and the one you’re getting are way too different from size. It’s like they’re promising you a bigger portion and when you’re being served, the portion is all most as twice smaller than the previous one. And still they take unfair time for food preparation. So I repeat don’t ever try even having your meal there. Remember the name, “Hot Grill Mongolian BBQ”, the stall in the right most corner at the left side.

Good for families or couples to eat out. Weekend nights are crowded but staff will arrange seating within 10 minutes or so. Good choices are Italian, Chinese, Mongolian also Burger king & Basking Robin, Roots for desert.
Good is average & inexpensive.

It's a good place to have your lunch or a snack.. but it takes long time to deliver your order even if you want to have it quickly. So. The customer service is not much quick.

Its like a miniature MC but needs improvement. Specially the lunch menus. They have a Roots though, which is a plus point. This the place to go if you are at Katubedda and wants to have a chat with your friends.

Tasty food. Rice Rs 300 only. Chinese, mongolian, Roots outlet. Shopping complex. Big car park. Fast service. Not much crowded. Have vegetarian foods also.
