  When to the buffet. Food was delicious. It cost us close to 3000pp. Only starters were in the buffet. The main cause was served separately.

  The buffet on Wednesday is supper delicious. For 3300 pp you get all the starters, main course and desserts. The staff is really nice and friendly. Usually it's busy, so better to make a reservation and go. Unfortunately the pizza and few starters was bland. The oyster was so good and fresh. Otherwise you may order it from the menu and I think it's only Wednesday they have the buffet.

  As a fine dining establishment, Echo really delivers on experience. The ambience is perfect and the staff are extremely friendly and service-oriented.
  
  We had the deep fried calamari and prawns appetizer and you'd think that that'd be the highlight, but the bell pepper and tomato sauce they serve it with, really steals the show. The main courses we're on point, but if given a choice i'd probably double up on the appetizer.
  
  It's a little pricey, but I think you'd expect that for a restaurant of its stature.

  Went there on a Wednesday, that's when they have their all-you-can-eat buffet. The staff is super friendly and offers great service. Food is quite tasty and the ambiance is cozy. I would recommend to make a reservation prior so you would get the better tables in front overlooking the Galle Road.
  There is a bit of an extravagant taxation that comes with the bill, which however is unavoidable unless you eat at home. For 2 people for a buffet would cost 7,000/= (all inclusive)

  Was a great experience throughout our night. Staff maintained a friendly and amicable dialogue right throughout that made us feel warm and welcome. They surprised us with several complimentary treats and the service was exceptional. Great place to go for a complete and satisfying dining experience . And I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed. Best Italian restaurant in Colombo, in my opinion.

  Very tasty food!! Everything was great. Friendly staff, fair prices and nice ambiente.
  One thing at the end was really strange. The waiter was way too pushy for a review on trip advisor. He asked twice that was akward.
  
  And watch out for the San Pelegrino water; it costs more than certain menues! ;-)

  Our first experience at ECHO was a memorable one. We went for a romantic candle light dinner, as this was the Christmas season Cinnamon Grand was glorying with its beautiful decorations.
  
  Raspberry Margarita was neat and delicious. However, salads we ordered did not satisfied us with the presentation and taste. But the main cause Mushroom Ravioli and Beef Lasagna surprised us with every bite. Ravioli was so delicious and creamy with the best cheese flavors. Lasagna had six layers of cheese with freshly cooked mints beef. Portion size was addicted and filling. And for the desert we had Creme Brulee and Chocolate Pudding. Chocolate pudding was heavenly and worth the decision of having it.
  
  Staffs were very friendly, courteous and attend punctually. Surrounding and arrangements was beautiful and would recommend early reservation for corner tables overlooking the night city.
  
  ECHO, the Italian restaurant in Cinnamon Grand Colombo brings out the best Italian food we ever had so far.
