Breeze bar - cozy vibe for chilled out drinking
London Grill - They have the best steak ever. and superb service.
Courtyard - Probably the best buffet in colombo
Coffee stop - the coziest and cutest hang out spot in town!

“From the minute I arrived treatment was special. We were given an early check-in and up graded to a room on the sixth floor which included breakfast, tea time in the afternoon and happy hour in the evening. Stay here and you won't be disappointed.”
I had a wonderful experience. Buffet at the restaurant was awesome!

Cinnamon Grand, Colombo s quintessential 5 star hotel. It definitely garners the title of best hotel in Colombo purely because of its sheer size, location, facilities and ambience. The hotel has an amazing contemporary vibe throughout the day and night. You are spoiled by its choice of restaurants from Chinese to Italian and Fusion cuisine. It has more than a dozen locations to dine at, all at very reasonable prices. Its large ballroom and Foyer are ideal locations for an event or party. Accommodation is typically what you would expect of this calibre of hotel.

Has a good choice of great quality and tasty food. A great place for fine dining. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Place is very clean. It can be crowded sometimes.

Eye catching scenic beauty facing sea and Galle road. Surrounding area is also very beautiful. Have a large car park. Friendly and fast service. Varieties of meals with superb taste. Kids friendly. Wheelchairs accessible. Beautiful interior arrangements.

In the centre of Colombo, convenient, great set of restaurants around the pool, out of those my favourite - the lagoon! Out of this world. Oh and the pubs too!
Also access to 2 swimming pools, 2 gyms one with state-of-the-art eqpt.
Rooms are .. normal, I've never had a good view from any room, compared to the other 5-star hotels in the area. Breakfast seating seems congested, next table can be as close as a foot or two away. Choice of food seems unlimited.response / report this review -

Still the best hotel in Colombo.. Cheers, breeze bar and the lobby cafe are only a couple of the recommendations here. Happy hour at breeze bar during the week.. Sunday roast at Cheers is delicious and has a big spread. The lobby.. Good place to catchup with friends or for a business meeting or just to sit and watch the world go by.

Love this place. It's got a good selection of restaurants and different types of cuisines. The pub has a adjoining kids play area that is very clean and well maintained. The buffet downstairs has and awesome spread on Sunday. Very nice and friendly staff from the doorman upwards. Great valet service too.

Except the security people all other are well trained to tread the people carefully.
Bought a cake for my birthday. Still they charge me service charges of 10% though it was a take away. Since my bill was big, I had to pay a huge value for the service charge, which seems not fair as I didn't dine it over the pastry shop.response / report this review -

Good size rooms with bathroom and since I was on the ground floor, I had a good view of the garden too. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is clean. There is quite a number of restaurants to choose from and you won't be bored with the variety. I'd recommend eating at Tao (good portion and good quality) but not at the Lagoon (they overcooked the fish). They The toiletries of of sub-par quality though and not what I'd expect from a five start hotel. Check-in and check-out are relatively quick. The good news is all Ubers drivers know it and it's easy to get Uber rides quickly.

I love this place because of staff. Their hospitality was maximum. I really enjoyed their welcome and the way of administrating. Delicious cuisine added the value as usual. Rooms are very clean and decent. Hope to visit again. Thank you.

Honestly not what I would have expected from a 5-star establishment.
3-star standards at best when it comes to in room amenities.
Whatever you do don’t book the Deluxe room, the walls are paper thing and unless you need to have a split door for kids it’s just terrible. Also has a shower in bath arrangement.
The Premium rooms cost the same when staying more than three nights and offer a proper shower and much better noise insulation.
Overall there is just a lack of detail expected from a 5-Star hotel. Shower door doesn’t close properly. Toilets smell.
The main hotel areas are nice and the restaurants are amazing. But rather stay elsewhere and come visit.response / report this review -

Great and warm welcome with fresh juices which makes you refresh. Very near to famous beach having great activities. Idle for people planing to go for casino. Ballis is one of them. The transport to casino is very good from the hotel n back. All over good hospitality.

My second time staying at this property and I remain impressed with the hotel, staff and service. Great location, near the beaches and down town activities. Rooms are very nice, the executive lounge is a huge plus and attention to details by staff makes this a hotel that is on my go to list when in Colombo.

One of the top star class hotels. Grand and clean ambience.
Customer service by the manager at Coffee Stop is good and friendly.
Prices are high and it is in the range of the star class hotels

Food quality is good, yet the taste of Cheese cake did not meet the expectations as it hadn't adequate flavour from the side of cheese. That's why 4stars.response / report this review -

Facility: This hotel provides with needed facility. In the room, I love their bed. It's nice and so comfortable. I was surprising for their welcome fruit refreshing me. They also prepare the shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. By the way, the room look a bit old. I will appreciate if they has bidet spray.
I give 8.5/10
Location: I love its location near the mall. It's so convenient for you to buy stuff. There has a supermarket, massage shop, tea shop and etc. If you have time, I recommend to go to temple nearby. Walking around 10-15 mins.

Accommodate some of the best restaurants in Colombo. Naga Gama undoubtedly is the best place to get the local food experience in a village setting. London Grill is one of the top notch fine dining restaurants. The Lagoon restaurant for sea food. Cheers pub is awesome too! If you're a tourist, don't miss the chance to taste these authentic dining experiences.

Loved the elegant environment. The pool side restaurant is great. Well decorated lobby. Nice rooms. The beach is a walking distance from the hotel. But needs improvement on the lavatories.

Great facilities. Good restaurants. Pub was busy but they allow smoking inside. It's like going back to early 00s in UK. They did checked me in to a room already occupied but was sorted swiftly. Very friendly staff. Wedding I attended there went very well.
