  Worst experience ever with a Travel Agency. Sold us 25 USD worth of train tickets for 100 USD and when we complained they did not react on email anymore. Complete rip-off.

  Wir haben mehrere Ausflüge bei Diethelm Travel gebucht und sind sehr zufrieden. Einmal eine 2 Tages Reise nach Kandy und zum Elephanten Waisenhaus und verschiedenen anderen Zwischenstopps. Der Reiseleiter war sehr zuvorkommend und man bekam sehr gute Vorträge über Land und Leute. Der Service der Busfahrer und des Beifahrers waren auch sehr gut.
  Der zweite Ausflug war der Besuch von der Stadt Galle und dem umgebenden Strand, einer Mondschein-Mine und einer Schildkröten-Farm. Zusätzlich gehörte eine Bootsfahrt zum Programm. Auch diese Tour war wunderbar.
  
  Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, das Diethelm Reisen ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen ist. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
