This is the best travel agency by far I have found. The other agencies are not so friendly and helpful as they were to me. Happy to recommend this to anyone. They have cheap offers also. You can deposit to their bank account to fix the ticket if you are unable to visit the shop sooner. They help you to select the best available seats as well. Very nice crew. They are concerned with anything related to your traveling and advises you. service is available 24 hours. But to purchase the ticket you have to visit there before 5:30pm.

I was looking into booking a last minute trip to Sri Lanka. I contacted Classic travel less than a week before scheduled departure. Within a couple of days they were able to create a bespoke itinerary within my budget constraints. The communication with Rajiv, their Inbound Assistant Manager was excellent. The trip was amazing all the way through. We felt like we were treated like royalty. We had an issue with a particular hotel but Classic Travel were able to rectify that. I believe the true test of an organisation is how they react to adverse situations and this was handled impeccably. Classic Travel looked after us superbly in Sri Lanka and I would not hesitate to recommend them and I shall be using then for my next trip to Sri Lanka, a country I have now fallen in love with.
