  Very poor service and coordination of service. No one owns the task. Security guard checked my details of the business registration. Due to this they could not tell if everything was in order. It took almost six weeks to get this finally. They have taken covid restrictions to delay and work in a lethargic manner. Wonder why so many people curse them on their way out. This place need a total makeover and changes from top to bottom. District secretariat in colombo should take over from this place once again..

  Very bad service, they will try to bribe you if your documents are not in order. Be vigilant and if you can take someone who knows about the procedure.

  The service was good. There had been a lot of improvement in the government sector. And the staff consists of a young crowd as well and they had been very cooperative.
