My Ref No is 23891. I handed over car video dual din setup to repair to Petco Lanka, Narahenpita on 18-02-2020. On 22-02-2020 called me and they said it would cost Rs. 5500/- to repair and I told them not to repair since there's no point of spend that much. They agreed to handover it without repairing and on 24-02-2020 evening. I wend there on 26-02-2030 morning and evening twice. One called "Manager" of that location simply said still the setup has not been assembled back. He said will inform once assembled. The technician isn't available. But why did they already informed to collect it. Wonder they have only one technician. This is how the customers are satisfied by Petco Lanka.

All good but their finishing was not that great. The guy damaged one of my footboards. Also the guys fixing need some people skills. When they are working on my car I have the right ask questions. For the price they charge I thought they will be the best in class. But they need improvement. But there stuff are good quality. That I want to point out.

Been to this place several time. Mostly for car audio software installation. Luckily one of my friends told me the price for it. Otherwise a boy who did my job would have cheated me. Do not pay them any money to them even they ask for it. I paid only to the cashier. Recently I have visited here for key program which they have done with excellent care. Sometimes they too are clueless. For same car audio they suggested display had gone. After 3 visit they did it as screen seems normal.

Service is quick on weekday afternoons. The technicians are not very skillful. They can serve about 6 vehicles simultaneously. The place accepts cache payments only. Make sure to carry cache for your work but an ATM is also available two blocks away if you want to withdraw money.
