  The service stinks.
  My daughter was having and asthma attack while in the reception and i requested for a glass of warm water and the staff asked me to go to the third floor.

  Nice resort in Habarana area. Closer to main sightseeing near by, Sigiriya Rock, National Parks, Minneriya and Kaudulla, Ritigala Mountain. The have good food and nice restaurant. Room also nice.

  Clean, but no atmosphere. Pool is OK, but not very big and you look straight into the pool area from the restaurant - very weird. The acustics in restaurant is horrible. The hotel is ok for 1-2 nights with quick access to Sigiriya and safari.
